Wow! I'm happy to announce that my 5 (soon to be 6)-year-old has FINALLY learned how to ride a two-wheeler on his own! Whew! Thank goodness! We've been practicing and practicing... little did I know, learning how to ride a bike with FLAT TIRES isn't that easy! LOL.
He's in no way ready for the X-games quite yet, but he's still "learning". The only problem is, he can only ride in the street and he's not comfortable to ride on the sidewalk yet (because he has more room to maneuver)! He gets distracted & nervous on a narrow path =S. Thankfully, we live in a quiet neighborhood where traffic isn't really a problem.
